What's happening at MEAAA Senior Centers

MEAAA Senior Centers are locations where seniors can gather for classes, activities, exercise, a balanced meal, and much more. Each community within MEAAA has a nearby senior center. Learn where they are in your area. Click here to search by zip code.

Educational and social activities could include: bingo, bunko, health management, musical concerts, lectures, art classes, beginning and intermediate dance, lunch, and socialization, recreational and sports activities, wii bowling, exercise rooms, aerobics, health screenings, and a range of other sports and fitness opportunities..

The cost to prepare each meal is $6.25. A suggested donation of $3.25 from those age 60 years and older helps to defray the cost; however, no one will be denied services for choosing not to donate.

Senior Center participants also deliver Meals on Wheels and serve in many other volunteer capacities within the centers.

You are invited to see what we are all about and meet our friendly staff and some of the participants that have already discovered the value of senior centers.
